“Moksa” is one of the various goals of practicing yoga, defined as the liberation of all worldly suffering and communion with the divine Brahman. But you don’t have to reach Nirvana; Rainbeau really just wants you to feel good about your body -inside and out.
“I specifically designed this program to help you become your most beautiful self,” Rainbeau says at the beginning of ‘Yoga for Beauty’. “Excess weight, skin impurities, bad posture, or even extra emotional baggage and stress is not who you really are […] I genuinely wish you success in aligning towards your most beautiful self, the self that already exists within–the one that, today, we will begin to unveil.”
With a constant focus on tuning into the body, radiating both internal and external beauty, and her guidance and narration throughout the video, it’s easy to see why Totalvid fans voted Rainbeau Mars and her video “Yoga for Beauty – Dawn”, this week’s personality and Video of the Week!
Rainbeau was born under a double rainbow in a teepee in the Ozark Mountains. If that wasn’t enough to influence an optimistic health outlook, she was raised in Boulder, CO, a city ranked number one in overall well-being and number seven in physical health out of 162 large and medium-sized cities in a Gallup-Healthways poll in 2010. Both her parents had dedicated their lives to self healing and natural foods industry: her mother Brigitte Mars was an herbalist and an author, and her father, Tom Pfeiffer, was founder of Uni-tea. Rainbeau spent her adolescents in Hawaii under her godparents, both Ayurvedic health professionals. Family and environment, needless to say, were her seeds of health value and consciousness.
Her professional career began with an apprenticeship to yoga masters, Chuck Miller and Maty Ezraty, and quickly blossomed into her name and system being household trademark in the yoga and fitness fields. Since 2003, Rainbeau has sold over a million copies of her yoga DVD’s, has appeared on several magazine covers (Natural Solutions, Yoga Journal, Body + Soul), garnered TV appearances (NN LatAm, ESPN LatAm, Good Day LA, Good Day Colorado) and founded ra’yoKa fitness, where she acts as yoga guru to A-list celebrities.
“Yoga for Beauty” is one of Rainbeau’s most practical and rewarding videos. With a focus on breathing exercises and strategic posture, this video improves your circulation, alertness, and readiness for the day. Rainbeau compels you to focus on the small things that your body is telling you, how it reacts and responds to certain positions and breathing patterns. Rainbeau puts forward a simple mantra: Enjoy your breath. Watch the beauty of Rainbeau and her Yoga for sunrise edition and get your blood circulating now! Watch now on TotalVid.com!
