Chris Galis

Although not entirely obsessed with the relentless abuse of running, Totalvid.com writer Chris Galis gets out there fairly often but not a much as he would like. “I try to run at least three times a week and work out two,” he said, “but I usually hit around 50% of that.” The rest of his time is spent in Totalvid’s San Antonio office and in the auspices of friends in his home town of Austin. He enjoys playing music, brewing his own beer, and all things fringe (which is why he is the voice of From the Other Side of the Screen, the Totalvid Blog’s semi-weekly pop-culture column).

Chris graduated in 2008 with a B.A. in Creative Writing from Colorado State University and works part-time as a freelance journalist.
